Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Trailbroke Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Please review the details below for the full return and exchange process.

Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original attached tags.
  • Ineligible Items: Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that Final Sale items are clearly marked during checkout.
  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Items received after this time frame will not be accepted for return.
  • Refund Policy: Returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@trailbrokeboutique.com within 3 days of receiving the item. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your return or offer a replacement.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or styles of eligible items. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will provide store credit for your original purchase.

  2. Ship your items back to us, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria listed above.
  3. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your store credit or exchange request.
